Hi everyone! I’m Becca.
I’m 16, a volleyball player, and from the USA.
I’m 5’6 and around 122 lbs, but I don’t really weigh myself. My personal fitness journey is to help me be more healthy, toned, and just all around feel better, NOT to lose weight. I’ve been eating mindfully for about a year, and I’ve been exercising consistently for about 6 months. I’m still always amazed by what my body can do. I remember that even though I was considered “fit” by my peers, a 10 minute run was almost impossible for me last year, but now I can run for an hour and want to keep going! I’m so excited to be getting into a healthy lifestyle, and I’m really glad to be doing it in such a supportive community.
Just like everyone else, I have my off weeks. Sometimes I go overboard with rich, sugary, fatty, processed foods. Sometimes I go days without exercise. That’s normal! No one’s perfect. I keep pushing and I know that one day, I WILL SURPASS all of my goals.
